Our Holiday merchandise includes Jon Ashe shirts with details such as precise top-stitching in contrast color and beautiful natural buttons made of buffalo horn and specially dyed mother of pearl. We are introducing Jon Ashe neckwear in just the right proportions… narrow but not too skinny. The ties and bowties are made from beautiful fabrics including cashmere and wool plaids as well as silks. All the ties have a silk middle and tail piece to minimize bulk and warmth under the collar. Our shirts and ties are made in New York City. We also carry Jon Ashe Cashmere sweaters, made in Scotland and festive striped socks which are made in Wales and which we designed for the store. In addition to our own apparel, the store features a well edited group of goods from some of the best makers in the world, most of which we carry exclusively in New York and beyond. These include Italian made shoes from Zeha Berlin, a brand that was once the go-to option for athletes from East Germany and the Soviet Union. We have intelligently designed, rugged bags including waxed canvas made in Minnesota, and from an Idaho based company that supplies extremely tough but smart looking tool cases to the engineers of the US Geological Survey. We carry beautiful knives made in Washington State as well as France and Germany. We have a large selection of rugged wallets and belts, cufflinks, vintage tie bars, hand stitched gloves and loads of scarves. After the Holidays we will bring in our more structured clothes including jackets, pants and vests. The store is managed by Alexander Marshall, who — in addition to a sound sense of style, has a wealth of experience in men’s retail and customer service.
